Default Cooper Black Substitute

Can someone please suggest a free or likely to have substitute font for Cooper Black?

I have a client who publishes neighborhood newsletters with an incredible number of fonts in each, changing to others every time. This time she has Alfredo's Dance (free), Bodoni MT Black (have), Callisto MT (have), Cooper Black (do not have and will not purchase), Mistral (have), Tahoma (have, of course), and Times New Roman (have, of course). Seven fonts in two newsletter pages is about four too many, and she carries on with bold, italics, underlining, and lots of punctuation.

Ah, well, they pay me at a good rate, but sometimes they quibble about how many hours.
