I bought one of those a few months ago at Costco. ($200, IIRC.)

Pros:

It has USB 2.0/eSATA and dual FireWire interface modules

5-year warranty

Cons:

No on-off switch

To switch connectors/ports, you have to unscrew a plate on the bottom (that has the ports) and screw in a different plate. That's a PITA, and I fear that I may lose the alternate plate.

So far I haven't had any trouble using the FreeAgent.
