Yeah. I decided not to get too innovative until after I get a look at Leopard.

So in the end I am copying files and folders onto the new hard drive. Housekeeping comes later, I guess. (How many times have I said that! I have files and folders copied from about four generations of Macs on this machine, many of them including copies from the earlier setups.)

I need one of those utilities that examines files and identifies literal duplicates so I can clean up.
