It's basically an XML editor, and it seems you can do a lot of clever things with the help of .NET 2.0, such as make extensive use of OpenType features that InDesign also uses. It will definitely interest FrameMaker users.

But as it's price is US$900, you've got to be very interested in its possibilities.
