Definitely better print quality. The learning curve is virtually nothing. I installed it and started using it, but I'm sure with a book or tutorials I'll do much better -- but I'm not expecting that to be difficult, from what I have experienced so far.

Scribus, OTOH, is another way of thinking. It's not hard so much as getting used to its ways is a process -- maybe a long process. I haven't looked at its print quality yet. I don't know that I will like using it.
