Best I can advise you is to get yourself over to the Imatch forum, read, and ask questions if you need to. The developer (Mario) often jumps in and there's a helpful crowd. (When I just looked the forum was closed for maintenance, but it'll be back up soon).

I have bad experience with ThumbsPlus and I'm not surprised tech support is unhelpful... (I won't touch it anymore and have completely uninstalled it.)
