If you search for available names at GoDaddy, you will get suggestions of alternates that might work.
Well, it was certainly a source of amusement. Just for fun, I searched for marlene.com, knowing full well it wasn't available, and one of GoDaddy's suggestions was hotmarlene.com.

Who in their right mind would register that?? <LOL>

...people will forget the hyphen (or whatever) and end up at some other site
For that reason, I'm not considering anything with a hyphen or underscore. Underscores can be a problem in particular because of a URL is underlined, the underscore isn't obvious, and some less literate web users might actually think there's a space in the URL.

if you, the queen of titling, cannot think of a unique name, I dunno
I don't seem to be able to think of much that hasn't already been thunk of (and snagged).

I've got a list of six that I am considering. Might just get 'em all.
