That would be a disservice to the recipient. If we all just passively move our spam to the deleted folder, the people whose email addresses have been compromised will not know they have been hijacked. Perhaps if they start getting lots of bounces they will take steps to make their computers or servers more secure. Maybe this is why the developers at Apple, one of the most successful software companies ever, have decided to include this feature.

And please don't shout. It is rude, and doesn't make your point any more relevant.
