My favorite is the Mail app that comes with OSX. Best thing is the "bounce" feature, so if a junk email makes it past the filters, I can bounce it so it appears to be a dead address. I know junk mail usually comes from faked addresses anyway, but it feels like I can do something.

I use Thunderbird on the pc at home, so far so good, but I'm looking for an open-source software that can also "bounce" emails. Anyone know of one?
