For the PSP users among us, the FAQ mentions compatibility with "Paint Shop Pro 7.04 and 8" - curious since both of those are pretty old. Aren't they aware of newer versions, haven't they tested with them or is there an incompatibility?

Looking over the information, I'm not particularly impressed... I can do basically the same things with Helicon Filter - and much, much more - $75 for an unlimited Pro license (standalone and plugins), or $60 for the unlimited "home" edition (standalone only, no plugin) (all updates free); the trial reverts to a free version with simplified functionality. Excellent noise reduction and CA correction, and a range of retouching brushes that certainly beat my versions of PSP in terms of control, to mention a few.
(I just can't decide whether to buy the plugin version or the standalone version - I've exhausted my trial period with just the standalone version (using it practically every day): so fast and efficient I used PSP only occasionally for some post-processing after Helicon.)
