Thanks for those. If you look near the end if the page you get there is a reference to the full list of commands; the interactive guide gives only the most popular ones. The lists are Excel files with the tabs arranged in the order of what you see on the menu bars in Office 11 (2003), i.e. File, Edit, etc.

Very few of the commands in Word 11 have been removed from Word 12 (contrary to the impression you get when you find yourself lost in Word 12).
