Default Adobe GoLive 9 lives!

I've been using CyberStudio and GoLive forever, and thought we'd reached the end of the line, with Dreamweaver taking its place in the CS3 suite. Today I see GoLive 9 has been released!

They seem to be targetting it at non-coders.

With GoLive 9, designers can master the basics of web design and then grow into building more sophisticated web experiences using the industry-leading tools in Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 software.
For a beginners tool it is rather costly - $399 for the program in the US, which Adobe will translate to something like £450 in the UK - but I can see it would appeal to designers who don't wan't to know how things work, just that they do work.

I agree. I'm too old to learn to code, and failed miserably a couple of years ago with Flash 8 Pro, supposedly a non-coder's way to internet design. Gimme a break!!

GoLive 9 sounds great, but I can't justify $400 just to design a website or two, or three. Are there any other CSS-type alternatives that are lower cost?
