Default Light bulb meaning

Sometimes I see a Light bulb icon in this forum. What does it mean?

I've only ever seen it on Marjolein's thread on online storage and I thought she put it there herself...

It is one of the Post Icons. We had turned them off when we set up the forum, but the last software update restored them sometimes. Now they are available sometimes when you begin a new thread. If you use one, then the icons seem to be available to anyone who replies or edits messages in the thread.

Except that some of us see them regularly and others rarely do. Obviously something we need to look into, as it feels like a bug.

There is corrected information in this message.

kt: Next time you launch a new thread, look at the area beneath the message window.
I don't see anything to add a post icon in the new message screen.

Ahhh...just tried a new thread in the Software section and there they are--they are not shown in our staff testing area...

I used it to signify "tip(s) here!" - as opposed to a thread starting with a question, as many do.
