Didn't they send you an email acknowledging you had registered? Something like Welcome and if you don't see this page, click here? It took you to a rewards page, as I recall.

If you can't find that email, I'm sure you can ask customer service for a link. It's stored in such a way it's linked to your account so only you can claim it, so there isn't a general link to it, I don't believe.
