Default PDF Clerk (Mac OS X)

This looks like a nifty piece of software for working with PDFs. PDF Clerk from Sintra Works allows you to do many of the things Acrobat Pro can do (adding, deleting, rearranging pages, etc.).

But it also allows one to added layered graphics and text boxes, rotate or resize objects on pages, lock or unlock objects, change background color, relabel pages and overlay labels, import text files, display crop/trim lines, impose multiple pages to single pages for printing, add creep compensation, calibrate for your printer, and more.

All for $40.50 U.S. or €30.

I haven’t tried it, but it sure looks useful.
