Dunno, Peter. he's starting with a very small format (what's a CD liner, about 100mm square?) and if he doesn't allow much gutter to start with, a bit more could hurt. Not knowing whether it is home or pro printed, how it is folded, etc., I would just say it is a tight job, to check carefully before committing to it.
