My system clock is within 30 seconds of http://www.time.gov time, just a little fast. Now 7:27 PM EDST on the system clock, and this message shows a time one hour earlier.

The user profile might be the culprit. How should that be set? I have it on Eastern Time, GMT -5 hours, but I am not sure how make the DST choice. Right now I have it set off.
