I guess it depends. My first attached image shows you how it looks in Mac Firefox, set to my normal portrait window. The header is not aligned over the main text area — did you mean for it to be?

The second shows what happens when I narrow it. Now everything goes kerblooey. But I am not sure what you actually want.
