Thanks for the info, Kathleen.

Lucky me... I discoved that an old school book I had for calligraphy class has a cover designed by Tschichold, A BOOK OF SCRIPTS, by Alfred Fairbank (pictured in the IDEA article). Somehow I never checked the cover design credit... my bad!
