Try

1) ITC Bauhaus (Bold or Heavy) or Bahamas, or possibly

2) Vag Rounded.

If you did not already know, or for others who might be interested, Telewest Voice and a number of other corporate fonts created by the same MDTA Design firm are available from:
http://tvmocks.thetvroomplus.com/fonts.php
apparently without cost or obligation.
