Default Master List of Similar Fonts

Many fonts are so similar as to be knockoffs of one another.

For example:
Arial, Helvetica
Dutch 801, Times Roman, Toronto
Palatino Linotype, Book Antiqua
Tahoma, Geneva
etc.

Is there a master list available somewhere that lists a given font with all its similar names?
