Well, I did prepress on their pages yesterday, and found that Quark annoys me as much as it ever did. To print a postscript file from Quark 6.5:
Open the print menu
Choose the print preset
Input the page number to print
Click on the "Printer Setup" button (I think, can't remember now)
Make sure the correct printer is selected--it isn't always
Click Ok
Click on another button (sorry, can't remember which one)
Choose the correct page size (for some reason this won't stay selected; for every page I printed, from the same file, without closing it, I had to re-select the page size)
Input the page number to print (from page 5 to page 5)
Click OK
Click "Save"
Enter the name of the postscript file
Click Print
Click Print AGAIN

This is really, really annoying when you're running 50+ pages through prepress.
