Hey deB, long time no impersonate.<G>

Your glitch reminds me of some EPS images that for reasons unknown, sometimes rotate or reverse or flip in different software. I'm thinking that if you take those graphics out, by hook or by crook, and convert them into TIFF format and then replace them on the pages, they'll print like good little pixels.

Or is the point moot by now?
