ArialNarrow exists, I have seen it before but can't remember where as I work in prepress and live in a blizzard of incoming fonts, but it is most likely a mac font judging by the name. Mac fonts don't usually have spaces in the filenames. It would appear in the application menu as "Arial Narrow", which is presumably an internal name. The actual file name is ArialNarrow. And I never imagined I would spend time actually debating it, such a horrid font.
