It should have been installed when you installed the rest of the HP software. However, you don't need it, you can access all of it's functions via Safari.

Click on the bookmark icon in Safari's toolbar and you should see an item called Bonjour in the collections column. (If not you may need to change the prefs setting to show bonjour bookmarks).

Choose that and you should see the HP listed in the bookmarks pane. Select that and you have access to all your printer settings. In particular, the print quality option allows you to set the calibration frequency.
