Default Phinney is back blogging

TPh published a new Web log on October 9. Some interesting stuff, though highly technical. Read it, if only to recognize some of the terms.

Very nice, but for those of us not in the know -- where is this blog? Or do I have to get a secret decoder ring and pledge my allegiance to a secret entity to get a super special secret code?

My thought exactly! I found three contenders via Google:

http://typophile.com/blog/909 (needs registration so I have no idea what it says)

http://blogs.adobe.com/typblography/

and least likely (unless Michael is into PHP) is this: http://weierophinney.net/matthew/

The second of the three is the link to Thomas' blog. The first is also our Thomas, but it empty. I think it is a feature of typophile that creates a blog for all members.

Typophile might be one worth registering for: if you can get into a forum where there can be 100 postings about the shape of a serif on a character. There are worthwile threads on logo design and other font-related items as well.

It is a free forum.

If you type 'Thomas Phinney' and submit your query to Google, the result should be shown at the top of the first page: go there.

There are other ways of getting to the blog, but that is the easiest.
