Default Anyone tempted???

Move to QuarkXPress 7 from any version of PageMaker for just $99

Don't miss this limited-time offer for K-12 and HigherEd users!

Hanging on to Adobe® PageMaker®? Make the switch to QuarkXPress 7, the latest version of the industry-leading design and layout software that lets you combine precision typography with color and pictures to produce high-impact design.

Saw the above on quarks site. $99 is around £55 or so here in GB. An absolute steal. I'd go for it even as an InDesign user (yes I do have an old copy of Pagemaker lying around). Trouble is thouh is that this offer is restricted to the US as per usual. Shame!!!!!

And it is for teachers and students, or so it says.

Interesting otherwise.

QuarkXPress 7, the latest version of the industry-leading design and layout software

Couldn't this be considered false advertising? ;-)

No, because it doesn't say that the new version is 'industry-leading' (or which industry, for that matter), only that QuarkXPress has at some time been leading.
