Default RSS tutorial from the BBC

The BBC have published a "Guide for Dummies" on the subject of RSS. Called the Feed Factory this is a useful introduction to what feeds are and what you can do with them.

I've been playing with RSS recently. A few years ago I downloaded a couple of RSS readers and never really got the handle on them. With integration of RSS into Firefox as "live bookmarks" I've started figuring them out. I've been able to add several BBC News RSS feeds as well as my friends RSS feed from his blog at http://www.panimp.com/ All I need to do is click on the little Icon on the end of the Address bar in Firefox, and just choose a bookmark folder to put it in. Easy as pie!

But then there are pages that give me fits! The local paper has RSS feeds at http://www.dentonrc.com/rss/ but I haven't been able to figure how to use them. I have been able to copy the URL of the feed ( say http://www.dentonrc.com/newskiosk/rs...nlocalnews.xml ) and add it to my my.yahoo.com page and it works, but I can't figure out how to add it to Firefox's bookmarks. [Added: I should say that it doesn't make any difference if I'm logged into dentonrc.com or not]
