Default Yummy FTP

KT mentioned Yummy FTP (dreadful name!) a few months ago, and I downloaded the trial. It was useful for two reasons: it would allow uploads that Fetch choked on, and it has an interface that allows you to move files, groups of files and folders around.

But I let the demo lapse without paying up, and it sat idle until last week, when I was doing a total redesign of a site, and needed to test it online on its own server before sending it live, so created a test folder to load it into. Then I wanted to just move the site to the root directory and couldn't work out how to do that in Fetch, so I downloaded a newer demo of YummyFTP. I was able to move the files and folders around easily with its interface, so the other day I paid up for it – USD25. There are other features, but I haven't tried them, just used it for some real-life stuff and found it did the job elegantly.

It's Mac-only, btw.
