In Reply (any kind) a title bar appeared (not normal) and the space within the buff box, that is normally white, was the same color as the rest of the box and the cursor wouldn't go to it.

I've been cruising around with the "quick reply" box minimized --dunno of that had anything to do with it.

Sooo, after several tries today, I logged out, left the forum, bought a yoghurt maker, cleared the cache, and now things are fine. The "quick reply" box is not minimized. "Quick Reply" is working. (I expanded it before I left and evidently something remembered. Now I'm going to see what happens if I minimize. AFTER I look at the rest of the new posts.)

Mozilla, or perhaps my system (XP Pro) has been a little strange lately. It may never happen to anyone else.
It was the yoghurt maker that fixed it, definitely.

But you're not alone in having some strange little problems. Thanks for letting us know; we'll keep track of them all and try to work out what we can do to fix or minimise them. We did quite a lot of testing before going live, but you can never test for everything, as software publishers can attest.

If it turns out that buying a yoghurt maker is the solution, we should perhaps start buying shares...
