I've never used CorelDraw so I know nothing about it, but my fervent hope is that Illo and Free will join forces--no doubt to become Frustrator, but when I was fed up with AI9, I really tried to like Freehand. Little things like being able to grab the handles without going into wireframe mode, or magnifying to 800%, touches like that, made Freehand very nice to use. I like AI for the way it organizes, and I'm just used to it, but what AI doesn't have that Freehand has had forever really astounds me.

I hope it astounds Adobe and they make good use of the acquisition<G>
