How are you planning to have this printed (or better, by whom)?

I don't know yet who does it, but I think it is printed by the business that's been doing it for at least the last ten years. I believe that the magazine has been printed from pasted-up sheets up till now. We might be in a similar position to that of the forum member from Costa Rica, although the printer's in London.
