Default Mass deleting files in Windows

Deleting a a single folder with hundreds of files can take more than an hour in Windows. Here's a post (plus comments) on how one person attempts to find the fastest way.

Thanks for the link...interesting...I just did a semi-largish folder delete on an external drive yesterday. It was about 6-7GBs so it didn't take too long but I've made a note on this guy's approach...
