For many years I've had web hosting for $25 a year. These were called their "Tiny" hosting plan, and I had two of these. And then I added a third one, but by that time it was up to $35 a year. 'These Tiny accounts were perfect because the sites used tiny amounts of resources. I was not trying to reach the world or do much of anything.
They renew at different times, and recently I was sent a $61 bill. This is more than double the price. I contacted them and they said this is their new price. A quick look and I found cheaper hosting elsewhere. For example, Network Solutions (if you can believe that). But then I have to do some fiddling to get it set up in another place and I'm not up to it right now. So I guess that's that, for now. |
