There are a few reports of the new iPhone's battery expanding due to gas build up inside and pushing the screen out. Preferable to having a fire in your pocket, but not ideal.

My reason for not getting the Galaxy 8 is the put the fingerprint reader next to the camera lens. That make it hard to reach and risks getting fingerprints on the lens. And other things that I think will make the Galaxy 7 easier for me.
