They are even very open to criticism in their reviews. I was looking for something the other day and saw an interestingly designed surge protector so I clicked on the link to get more details. There was a review which discussed the failure of the USB ports on the surge protector--there were 2 charging ports. A monoprice rep responded to the review asking pertinent questions and the user replied back. All of this was fully visible in their review section which says to me that they take product quality seriously rather than deleting negative reviews.
