anne: One of the things I love about WP is that you can set it to look just like the old versions.
But...but...but...I have the old version...LOL!!! '-}}

I got lucky and heard about Adobe's CS2 offer and I promptly proceeded to download everything! The only thing I actually use is Acrobat 8 Pro (which, eventually disappeared from the CS2 download list) and I only use it to get Distiller and the PDF printer instance--Acrobat 7 didn't install properly on my Win7/Pro/64 system with no Distiller and no PDF printer instance.

In WP8, I just print to the PDF printer instance to create my PDFs which I can open if necessary in Photoshop 7. I have a PDF form that I have to fill out every other year or so (for a county program I participate in) which I open in Photoshop and fill out using the Text tool (works for me!). A couple of years ago, I couldn't open the PDF in Photoshop so I opened it in Reader and then printed to my PDF printer instance creating a new PDF which I could open in Photoshop...'-}}

I wonder if you could find Acrobat 8 at ebay? Might be worth looking for because it does work in Win7/64...

Ok...went browsing around at ebay (using "adobe acrbobat 8 professional" no quotes) and a quick look found the following, both buy-it-now (the only way I do ebay these days and both sellers appear to have good reps:

1. Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional (Win), full version, $69 (free shipping)

2. Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional (Win), full version, 73.91 (free shipping)
