An article about Win 10 annoyances that is itself gawdawful annoying ... those videos that won't stop! The pain! Easy fix: close the browser window, stick with Win7. ;-)

My plan is to not use Windows 10 until I buy my next computer. This will be some time next year.

From reading deslreports.com's Microsoft forum, Win10 has some very significant drawbacks (and problems). For me, the primary issues for me are the forced updates (the PC World article suggestion in regard to that is not really useful) and the privacy issues. oo-software has developed an application with the lovely name "shutup10"--there is a good discussion about it with screen shots at dslreports.com's "Windows 10 anti-spy program" thread.

I wouldn't touch Windows 10 if you gave it to me for free...'-}}
