Default Placing

I'm placing all the pagemaker 7 chapters into my pagemaker 7 document, using separate master pages to keep footers specific to their chapters.
When I do this, is there a way to have continuous pagination, but separate footers?
And how do I get the enhanced metafile images to import as well?
Thanks for your patience with me,
Aylwen

Is each chapter a separate PageMaker file? If so, you can use the Book function to assemble the book for output, and tell it to number continuously.

Otherwise, the pages should run consecutively by default.

Are they linked? Then PM is showing low-res placeholders on the pages. Just make sure the high-res images accompany the job to the printer.

If that is not the issues, someone else will know, I sure.
