Default Staff Members

What are the advantages and disadvantages of being a Sysop or Staff member of this forum?

From looking at profiles, I discover that I average about 2 posts a day, which may be more than any other member except Marjolein and the staff.

Sysops and Staff, tell me about being a Staff member.

The advantage of being staff is the staff badge and how it makes me feel. Plus, the day might come when I'm given a very expensive software package for free so I will test it and post about it. The disadvantage is I have to take the time to move spam messages. And I feel like I can't complain to staff, because I am staff.
