Default Where's that color in the document?

I was wondering if there is a way in InDesign CS2 to figure out where in the document I have a certain color being used. In the links palette, I can click on a link, and then say 'go to link' and then it will show me where that link is being used. Is there a similar function for color in Adobe InDesign?

Unfortunately, the closest thing I've found to what you want is finding text characters in a particular color. In Find/Change you can do that in the "More options" settings.

That's a very good feature suggestion, though. Maybe it can be done via AppleScript.

Take a look at this.

It's from Anne-Marie Concepcion, who was active in the old CIS forum days.

For more, see here, which is the site for her newsletter.

She and David Blatner also have a frequently informative and entertaining weekly podcast and accompanying InDesign site. Info here, (as you might have inferred from my earlier post.)
