Default Orphan files in Xenu

Today I noticed that the options for Xenu (a free link checking program) include an orphan file check. I tried it, but I get a window asking for FTP Parameters that I am unsure how to answer. I attach the window, but I can ask directly here for:

Host: ?? maybe the URL ??

User: I know this one.

Password: I know this one.

Directory: ?? why not the root where the index.htm file is located ??

Xenu needs to use FTP to access your site rather than HTTP in order to get a list of files there.

The host might be

yourdomainname.com
ftp.yourdomainname.com
yourisp.com
ftp.yourisp.com
or something quite different. No way for us to guess, but your hosting company can tell you how to ftp files to your site. Usually that'll be something like:

FTP to [some-domain-name]
CD (change directory) to /some/folder/name

Those are the two bits Xenu will want for host and directory.

IOW: Where do I log in and Where do I go from there?
