Unusual Software Question

Howdy,

My name is brian, and I am new to the forums--very nice place! I hope I can be of some help to anyone that needs assistance. (My skills are more web-centric--coding, HTML, etc.)

On to my question. I run a small business that creates custom newsletters for clients. I use the same content, but have a customized template for each merchant. The normal process is create newsletter, then paste text into the template for each client. I then make a pdf of the newsletter for their use.

I'm wondering if there exists software that would allow me to do the following:

1) Merge my text file with all of the templates I have created, then allow me to create the pdf files.

I have a hunch that this doesn't exist, but if it does, it would be a HUGE timesaver.

Thanks for your reply--I really appreciate it. I'm on XP, the templates are created in Word (though I'm thinking of using HTML templates to see how that would look.)

I have access the the entire Office Suite, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
