Hello,

Imposition Wizard is a standalone Mac OS X application that does imposing. It doesn't require the third-party software like Acrobat or InDesign, it just reads PDF file, imposes it and write another PDF file.

Imposition Wizard supports all common layouts: Booklet, N-Up, Step and Repeat, Cust Stacks. You can crop pages, define bleeds, spacings and paddings, reorder and rotate pages and sheets and much more.

Looks excellent, though is quite pricey. There are lots of freeware/shareware products that do PDF imposition. I'd buy it for half the price.

Quite a good product, but at $200, way over-priced for its market.

For casual and home users, there are some freeware booklet imposers like CocoaBooklet; and there are plenty of capable shareware products for $30-50 bucks or so that will put PDF pages on a larger sheet, and cope with bleed, margins, creep, etc.
There are also plug-ins for InDesign and Acrobat that do imposition for a similar sum.

Professional users can get imposition software starting at $400, such as Quite Imposing, and the sky's the limit for "bespoke solutions". Most printers will get imposition software as part of their pre-press package.

So I'm not sure who would pay $200 for this. If it was half the price, I'd consider it.
