A little riddle, but maybe our members in the US can help.
"Ruhmana" is the "holy" book written by president Saparmurat Niyazov (AKA “the Great Saparmyrat Türkmenbashi”) of Turkemistan. I'm mentioning that book my travel blog (and actually own the Dutch translation).
Looking at my stats, I found that yesterday and today, (at least) five people - all from the USA, and all from different locations - were searching (Google, but also Yahoo!) for "Ruhmana" or "Turkmenistan Ruhmana" and such and landing on (relevant) pages on my site. That's nice. No, wait - there's one from Canada as well! (That's six searches out of a hundred visits listed.)
But why is this happening now? Has it just been in the news or something? If anyone has a clue, please let me know - I'm intrigued....
